For the past 21 years Allan has conducted Specialized Training Classes for Military and Law Enforcement Personnel in America and Canada and worked 1-on-1 with many of these same Members (and their Families) while Rapidly and Permanently Changing their Unwanted Behaviour(s) and Cognitive Impairment(s) through ‘Resiliency and Optimal Performance Consistency’ Training. (Non- Medical)
Allan holds a Master Practitioner Certification (Clinician) in Behaviour Modification from Canadian Training Centres (Toronto, Ontario) and is a Member of the Association Of Traumatic Stress Specialists (ATSS).
Volunteer activities Allan supported include the 1st Annual ‘Host A Veteran Fishing Derby’ (Canada Day 2011), ‘Help Danny Fight Lymphoma’ (Daniel O. Couch, November 2011), and Allan served as a Peer Support / Co–Manager with ‘Shoulder for a Soldier 2012’ (Linkedin) and was an Advisor / Member with the Badge of Life Canada.
Allan is a voracious reader and spends much of his free time ‘researching’ and ‘updating’ his knowledge.
